The 3rd Ward is the "Heart" of the City

The  3rd ward is the only ward in the city that doesn't share a border with another city. The 3rd ward is surrounded by the other 7 wards and is truly the "heart" of the city. It is downtown adjacent and has some of the oldest neighborhoods in the city.
